Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, 42, is currently serving her 15-month sentence for fraud.

However, life couldn't be more different for her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga.

The reality TV star is busy enjoying her freedom while on vacation with her husband - and Teresa's brother - Joe Gorga in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The 36-year-old showed off her trim bikini body as she and her 35-year-old beau frolicked in the waves and took a swim with dolphins.

Later, she threw on a sheer, yellow cover-up and hid her eyes behind a pair of black sunglasses as she was spotted browsing jewelry stands with Joe.

It looked to be a busy trip for the Bravo reality star, as she was later seen preparing for a photo shoot.

She seemed to be baring it all as she stood naked behind a purple towel while her glam squad attended to her make-up.

Meanwhile, her sister-in-law Teresa - and fellow Real Housewives star - is currently serving time for the 41 counts of fraud her and her husband Joe Giudice were charged with last year.

The other side of the coin: Meanwhile, Teresa Giudice served her 15-month term in Danbury, Connecticut (pictured here in March 2014 with husband Joe Giudice, who will then serve a 41-month term after his wife) 

'She's doing well. My mother-in-law gives me updates all the time. She's doing really good', Melissa recently revealed of the star.

However, a prison insider at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut - where Orange Is The New Black is set - reportedly told InTouch that Teresa has made a target of herself by acting like she is above the other inmates.

'She thinks she's better than everyone else. She acts like the other women are beneath her, and she's making enemies because of it,' the source said. 

'She told officials that she was afraid for her life. Once you start complaining about certain prisoners, you become a target. It would be wise of her to stop acting like she's above everything.'

During a January visit Joe, 44, brought the couple's four daughters with him, but apparently the youngest, Audriana, five, got upset and threw a fit in the visiting area.

'She cried and wouldn't let go of Teresa when it was time to leave,' a source told UsWeekly, adding: 'Teresa told me Gia doesn't like to visit and doesn't really want to be there. All the kids actually hate it, which, Teresa says, makes the visits hard for her.' 

Following Teresa's time behind bars, her husband Joe will serve his 41-month-long sentence after his Mrs, after which he may potentially be deported back to Italy.

'It was created by the women who are going to benefit from the program,' Abrima explained to Yahoo! Style recently. 'They had designed it and built it in the middle of the civil war.'

Studio One Eighty Nine will begin selling at select Opening Ceremony stores this month.
