It has become widely known that Rob Kardashian is struggling with depression due to his drastic weight gain.
And the reality star's mother Kris Jenner fears 'he is going to die' if she doesn't intervene with professional help.
In the latest teaser from the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the 59-year-old matriarch breaks down in tears as she tries to figure out how to better help her 28-year-old son while daughter Kim brands her little brother as 'the king of excuses.'

Over the last few years, Rob has chosen to stay out of the spotlight especially shying away from the E! cameras even though his body issues have become a prominent story line in the recent KUWTK seasons as his family members express concern about his depression.
'If I don't help him do something drastic, he's going to die,' Kris shared to eldest daughters Kim, 34, and Kourtney, 35.
'I'm just waiting for this horrible thing to happen and there's nothing we can do about it,' she added as the trio sat down with a specialist.
Noticeably missing from the discussion was Khloe, who is arguably the closest to her brother as Rob has been staying with her off and on.

Basketball too: A throwback video showed Rob joined by his family on Senior Night at his high school basketball game
'I've planned this meeting without Khloe because Khloe is a little protective of Rob and I'm not sure if she'll think this is a good idea,' Kris explained.
'I have a son, he was the star of track team in high school, he was the star of the basketball team,' said Kris as she gave a brief background to the doctor.
'He took on Dancing With The Stars, he couldn't put two steps together and came in second place. He was someone who was very athletic and he's gained over 100 pounds in the last year.'
Soon as Kris started opening up about Rob, tears rushed down her face even though the Kardashian-Jenner momager tried to keep a brave face.

Tough love: 'He is the king of excuses. I'm the only that's really tough on with him so he probably avoids me the most'
Supportive sibling: 'Everyone's been over compensating for him since my dad died because he was sixteen'
'I don't talk about it very much, so it's very upsetting. He doesn't want to participate, he doesn't go out of the house. He's missed Christmas, he missed Kim's wedding.'
And while Kris was tearful about her only son, Kim and Kourtney expressed their own doubts about whether or not Rob would accept the necessary help.
'He obviously has some kind of depression,' Kim chimed in, not before adding a little tough love, 'he is the king of excuses. I'm the only that's really tough on with him so he probably avoids me the most.'
Oldest sister Kourtney also stated: 'Everyone's been over compensating for him since my dad died because he was sixteen. I don't know if it's because he has it so easy then also at the same time what he's going through I don't want him to feel even more alone.'

In previously released snippets of Sunday's episode, Khloe can be seen begging Rob to accept the provided help in an emotional conversation over the phone.
'Just accept the f***ing help,' she told her brother.
Meanwhile, Kim, once again, expressed her tough love mentality by telling mom Kris and sister Khloe to let Rob figure out the next steps on his own.
'Now what we have to do is everyone back off,' Kim told her family. 'Everyone licks Rob's a** and does whatever he says. And at some point you have to give it up! This is pathetic!'

Public for all to see: In past seasons, E! cameras have documented Rob's physical transformation including his work outs as well as the times he had skipped personal training sessions (pictured in March 2013)Sources close to the family recently shared with People about Rob's current emotional and mental state of mind.
'He has retreated more. He's sad, he's bitter, he's single. He is very depressed and has been for a while,' an insider revealed.
'The attitude has always been that when Rob gets his act together, starts working out and loses weight, everything will be good and he will be happy,' said a KUWTK production source.
'Behind this weight gain is this very unhealthy mental state that he keeps struggling with. Kris doesn't want Rob on the show when his emotionally unstable.'
