A Twitter user has been posting intimate shots of the rapper online
A man posing as Nicki Minaj’s ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels has been posting explicit pictures of the rapper on Twitter.
Someone using the Twitter handle @ScaffBeezy next to the name IG @IAMSAFREE most recently shared a shot of the star posing topless, with her hands covering her modesty.
According to TMZ, more pictures - now deleted - show the star in highly sexual situations.
The real Safaree Samuel's verified Twitter handle is @IAMSAFAREE and his screen name is IG: @IAMSAFAREE, and while Nicki’s ex has 143K followers, the imposter posting the pictures has just 5,470.
A rep for Safaree told TMZ that he had nothing to do with the picture leak and he’s doing everything he can to shut the account down.
Nicki and Safaree dated for 12 years before breaking up just before Christmas.
Mirror Celebs has contacted a rep for Nicki for comment.
The posts popped up around the same time Nicki announced she was engaged to rapper Meek Mill.
The Anaconda hitmaker, who only confirmed she is dating the rapper two months ago, was flooded by messages of congratulations after she showed off her large heart-shaped white and yellow diamond engagement ring on Instagram on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old singer sent fans into a frenzy a few hours earlier when she posted a diamond ring emotion on Twitter, writing: "I'll post it later."
Nicki first sparked rumours she is set to tie the knot on Tuesday night, when she wrote on social media: "I wish every night could feel like last night."
The Only hitmaker revealed last year that she would be disappointed if she never had children, but wanted to get married first.
She said: "I want to make sure I do it in that order. I've always felt like that since I was young; my mother always put that in my head."
